Purchases made directly through ONNI Pet Co. are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

Purchases completed through a third-party marketplace, including Amazon, may also be subject to that marketplace’s separate policies, terms, return procedures, and customer service requirements.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our Services are intended for legitimate personal or household use unless otherwise authorized by ONNI Pet Co.

Shopify’s trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of Shopify.

All other trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

ONNI Pet Co. is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and infrastructure that enable us to offer the Services.

However, purchases made directly through our Store are transactions between you and ONNI Pet Co.

Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from ONNI Pet Co., including injuries, damages, losses, claims, or disputes arising from such products or transactions, except where required by applicable law.

By using the Services, you acknowledge Shopify’s role as a technology service provider and agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not the seller of products offered by ONNI Pet Co.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
